Customer Service Representatives are always on duty to take your call or you can place your orders using our web-based order entry and tracking system. If you are interested in the web order entry your CSR can set you up with a password and have your online account activated.
After you choose your password you can get started by clicking the “Orders/Tracking” link and then log in with your customer number and password. Once you’re logged in you will be able to enter pickup & delivery information, track your deliveries, and get a signature/name when the delivery is completed. When you submit your order, it will go directly into our dispatch system. Our dispatchers will then select the best driver for the job and the pertinent information will be sent to the driver's wireless phone.
Once your order is dispatched you will be able to track its progress. The pickup time, delivery time, and signature of the consignee are all updated in our system within seconds of each event. Our website will allow you to see this information at your convenience. You can always call us if you prefer, or if you need additional information. Thank you for your business!
